How do you get your blog noticed ??

HI everyone - New to blogging - Are their any organisations other than Tots 100 to add your blog to ? I'm looking to generate a bit more traffic and a bit for hype around my blog - how do i go about doing that?

For crafts & food, Pinterest is very useful. Also, join the Mumsnet Bloggers network. I also post my blog posts to Twitter/Facebok.
