I've moved a few times and its always unorganised and a real hassel... I have just been speaking to yellow storage and they told me they sell boxes and sofa covers (my sofas have got damaged before when moving).

Ive looked online and found boxes cheaper then the price yellow storage sell them for. so I'm thinking i might buy boxes and try to be organised. what do you think?

as i have had the hassel of running around supermarkets before looking for boxes for moving and it is annoying but its free I guess.

also have how good are the matress protectors and sofa covers?

has any of you used yellow storage before? and are have you been happy with it?

Your removal company should give you some boxes as part of their moving package. Ask them about it.

You can buy them on ebay for relatively cheap, no need to have brand new ones, used but still strong are fine.

You may be able to get some free ones, try freecycle/freegle/gumtree.

We're hopefully moving soon too, the thought is often worse than the fact though. Once you get going with the packing it isn't that bad Smile

I'm not using a removal company, i'm using my dads van Wink

yes i agree the thought can sometimes be worse, but i live alone with dd who is 4 and get stressed doing everything by myself...
