Should I be suspicious of websites visiting my blog

My blog Mommysnotes-yaffa.blogspot.com is being visited by odd websites, mostly pharmaceutical companies. I have noticed this from the stats section. Is anyone else getting this? Should I be concerned? I would like to think that I am being visited by the person who owns the site, but I am a bit dubious. Any advice?

I think this is nothing to worry about, they'll be spambots. They're looking to post shite about cut-price viagra. I'm assuming "people" need to log in to leave comments on your blog? As long as "people" need to be personally approved before they log in, spambots are not a problem. Even Mn has had them, I reported a batch recently.
