Yes, she has had a face lift, she had written about it iirc.

I'd say there's a lot bit of photoshopping going on there. She looks completely different to some recent photos unless it's because she's smiling! For someone so lacking in confidence about her body and appearance she doesn't half enjoy appearing in every column she writes!
