Should I carry on or quit?

I recently got involved in a local event involving art, schools, museum, the general public, artists etc it's a community thing and there are lots of reasons I would like to carry on with it here comes the BUT..........

I work 45hrs a week childminding, I have 2 dd's and a DH who is complaining of having to pick up the slack and generally feeling like my pa, I have lots of paperwork and I also paint 2 part days per week too as I am trying to build up my experience so I can turn it into a business when my dc's are older and our debts are paid and we have brought a house etc..........

The festival is almost over for this year, this month it has taken up about 30 hours with phonecalls, printing certificates, taking in entries, being with the judge, making spreadsheets etc - the downside are that I have had a few problems with people complaining or my printer breaking, a school fell out with me because they missed the deadline for entires but Reasons I would like to are; its a good community thing to do imo, i can make good contacts for my future and i did enjoy some parts of it. It's pretty much over for this year bar the presentation but next year I have OFSTED due some time between nov and march I would guess so it might be that it's more stressful next year even though this time round has been a steep learning curve......

SO I am asking should I carry on or not?

Can you be involved but in a smaller way? it would be a shame to give it up completely if you enjoy it and it is beneficial to you.

I don't think I can really unless I could find someone to take over my part and then I could be their assistant but it's finding someone willing to do that I think that would be the tricky part.
