Wow. Am I the first? Well happy Sunday, everyone. I have ranted, yet again, about the cuts. And war.

Truly Myrtle, I love your blog. It's lovely. I wish I was more crafty, I really do!

BaronessOrczy · 13/03/2012 10:36

Joanne, your instructional post made me snort tea through my nose from laughing so hard!

I've a foodie dilemma - what would you cook for a celebration meal?

thecrumbymummy · 13/03/2012 11:16

Just thought I'd let you all know about the Terrible Twosday linky. Todays post now up. Feel free to share stories of your little monsters. It's not just for two year olds. My daughter is 9 months old and she provides me with plenty of material! ;o)

Includes the findings of my detailed research into people using public toilets, and a picture of some really old pants. What more could a person want?

Angel786 Thanks! :) I really enjoyed your comparison of 2 pregnancies, spot on!
And yes, I'm working on a commenting thingie Blush

RecipeJunkie · 13/03/2012 14:07

doubleshot - me too - I couldn't comment so I shared your post on my FB page instead. But you wouldn't know that I guess. I remember competitive baby clinic only too well...

Anyway, the fact that my kids cakes didn't win the f-ing Fairtrade cake competition has caused me to wonder how I can re-widen my horizons. Answers on a postcard please...

doubleshotlatte · 13/03/2012 14:11

trulymyrtle Thanks! I love your new header and the clean layout makes it easy to find things. I find the Category Cloud the easiest way to find topics I like to read.

Writing about how I have viewed my mother and how I view her now. Do You Know Your Mothers Favorite Color?

Nanniejo · 13/03/2012 14:56

Pockledigg- I'm with you on this one! From someone who's not ashamed at NOT washing her clothes every day!

UndercoverGranny · 13/03/2012 15:24

I posted my top 10 best reasons for being a mum... and the 10 worst reasons.

babybishbosh.blogspot.com/2012/03/work-baby-balance-26-28-weeks.html

quick question as I am new to this forum - do we have to post a link to our latest posts so that they appear on the Mumsnet system?

MrsDanverclone · 14/03/2012 10:06

My first time posting about my blog here, scary stuff.
I wasn't feeling quite ready to join the Bloggers Network and actually take the plunge and share my blog ( I love the writing bit, don't quite enjoy the fact others can read what I have written.Grin)
But I wanted to take part in the blog hop for the Mumsnet campaign, We believe you.
So here is my blog post.
We believe you
Rape and sexual assault are understandably, a very difficult topic to blog about. Even though memories I try not to recall, have resurfaced since writing about it for the blog, I am glad I took part, if it helps raise awareness about the preconceived ideas, some people have about rape and sexual assault.

On a lighter note, I got more stressed reading up about how to do a blog hop, than it actually took to do the thing.Blush

PetiteRaleuse · 14/03/2012 10:07

Hi everyone. I have posted about the MN We Believe You campaign today.

Looking froward to catching up on some of the blogs today. As ever am in complete admiration of you crafty bloggers...

I took the children to a small event held for the six soldiers who died last week.
Very moving.
I wanted to write about it, but couldn't think how, so did this instead. x

staranise · 14/03/2012 13:31

Love your photo fivehours you look stunning and you both look so happy! Having had the most low key wedding possible (two witnesses, registry office, pub lunch), I love other people's wedding photos!

I've blogged today about how publishing has changed since I started working 15 years ago - cant believe it's been that long....
