Hope this meets with your approval. It was getting a bit full on the other thread so we've extended and now need to decorate the new space.

For the walls.

Just watched the Hawking clip "if I went really really fast, I would get really really slow". Wow - just wow!

If I was measuring his inside leg, let's just say there'd definitely be cupping, because that's how you measure pants Grin!

Also, going against the grain, I quite like Keira Knightley. In fact, I prefer the recent film version of Pride and Prejudice with KK as Elizabeth Bennet to the BBC tv version, although to be fair a lot of that was due to Matthew McFadyen's Mr Darcy.

I saw the Hawking clip too... I can say it worked on me (I married a physicist!)

I don't mind Keira Knightley either - there's plenty of other actresses way worse than her. She's never really rubbed me the wrong way, and I liked her in Bend it Like Beckham (which I just saw again recently) and Love Actually. I think the nickname Ikea Knightley is kind of funny though.

Cupping... ha! That made me laugh!

Off to finally finish my bloody ironing... so much of it! Busy day tomorrow - will it never end?

exexpat · 23/02/2012 00:36

I was a bit Shock at the idea of Benedict punching anyone in real life (obviously, it's fine as Sherlock...) so I looked it up. And it turns out that the guy he punched, Mark Kermode, still thinks he's a brilliant actor and is hugely complimentary about him in this . "The camera likes Benedict Cumberbatch very much." Not just the camera.

DesperateHousewife21 · 23/02/2012 07:12

I really want to see him in theatre, I much prefer it to film. I would def have front row seats.

I hope he will still do theatre etc when/ if he becomes a Hollywood success. I don't see why he couldn't, I can't see him demanding more money because he's a huge star.

LetUsPrey · 23/02/2012 08:09

I really want to see him nekkid. In person. In private.

OP posts:
DesperateHousewife21 · 23/02/2012 08:31

Well that goes without saying Wink

Because after I've seen him in theatre I would obv be invited back to his dressing room where he would perform in all his glory.

CaveMum · 23/02/2012 09:06

Straight and to the point Prey Grin

I need to get myself registered on one of those "extras" websites so that I can be cast in the background of one of his tv shows/films.

Naturally he'll notice me and demand to know why I am merely an extra, before whacking me back to his trailer for some, ahem, rehearsal Wink

mostlymay · 23/02/2012 09:27

Morning ladies, been lurking a long time so thought I'd post this snippet of info. Spencer hart have just twittered a picture of BC at his oscars fitting. Im sure some one more technical will come along in a moment and link it but he looks lovely and has a white waistcoat! Thursday morning just got a whole lot yummier :-)) the address is #Oscars pic.twitter.com/62BUKLsV sorry for rubbish link! Hopefully someone can convert it:-))

CaveMum · 23/02/2012 09:46

Thanks for the heads up mostlymay Grin

And here it is.

Be still my beating heart and throbbing knickers Wink

DesperateHousewife21 · 23/02/2012 10:00

Oh Em Gee he looks AMAZING!

What I wouldnt give to be there.

Seraphine1 · 23/02/2012 10:47

Cavemum... as long as you don't make it too obvious why you want to be an extra:

This is still in the Blind Banker ep of Sherlock 1 :) How mortifying would it be to be called out by the director for pulling that off!

Fluffymonster · 23/02/2012 11:01

Wow he's looking lovely! Spencer Hart and BC are a match made in heaven.

LetUsPrey · 23/02/2012 12:53

Just looked at the photo of his suit fitting.

Shag. Me.

[picks Preys jaw up off the floor]

Grin
LetUsPrey · 23/02/2012 13:40

You can my jaw on the floor along with the rest of me just on the off chance that BC goes by. It'll save some time if I'm already on the floor. Grin

OP posts:
LadyClariceCannockMonty · 23/02/2012 14:46

Sorry but I'm not keen on the suit. The dark blue matt suit and dark tie are all a bit ... dark (sorry, descriptive powers not at their best after lunch on a shitey day at work). A bit ... blocky. A bit dare I say it waiter-esque ...

Quite like the dark-but-not-dyed-for-Sherlock hair though.

CaveMum · 23/02/2012 17:05

If its any consolation LadyClarice, he wouldn't be wearing the suit for very long if I got my hands on him Wink

Think of what's under it.... [fans self]

Seraphine1 · 23/02/2012 17:20

Cavemum... you are so bad!

LetUsPrey · 23/02/2012 18:17

I prefer him with his hair more on the ginger side.

Actually, I'd have him whatever the hair colour.

I do like his hair a bit longer though when it goes quite wavy.

Something to grab hold of... Grin

IAmSherlocked · 23/02/2012 21:28
= for lazy people, some of the funniest bits all in one place.

I nearly said 'best bits' but realised that would get you all far too excited and then you'd hate me because he does have his clothes on in all the clips Grin

LetUsPrey · 23/02/2012 21:33

Have watched a bit of that but with the sound down as DH is sitting right next to me. Will watch it with sound when I am alone.

OP posts:
DesperateHousewife21 · 23/02/2012 21:41

The end has been cut off and that was the best bit!!

I love his smile and his laugh.

CaveMum · 23/02/2012 22:36

Just been watching "Scandal" with commentary on.

Apparently BC fell flat on his face during one take in the sheet! Poor love, I'll kiss/rub it better Wink

Seraphine1 · 23/02/2012 23:56

Now why couldn't they have included BC's fall on the floor in some sort of goofs reel on the DVD? They MUST still have the footage somewhere!

Just watched A Study In Pink again... :)

LadyClariceCannockMonty · 24/02/2012 11:43

Good point about the suit, CaveMum! still think he looks like a waiter though

LetUsPrey, I also particularly like his hair a bit longer and more ginger (Frankenstein/Rattigan Enigma era). It's so ... grabbable.
