Just started watching Murder is Easy and couldn't help noticing that as BC rushes into church late and joins in with the hymn that he actually seems to be able to sing as well (gorgeous deep voice).

Dammit is there anything the man can't do? I'm not even put off by the fact that he smokes!

LadyClarice - in the slightly more ginger, longer hair guise, I like this.

IAmSherlocked, I went to a Cabin Pressure recording at which the three male cast members sang, and can report that to my untrained ear at least Benedict has a wonderfully burnished and melodic baritone singing voice.

Also, Lara Pulver aka Irene Adler Tweeted a while ago that she and Benedict have talked about doing a musical (he wants to do City of Angels and put it on at the National Theatre, apparently).

I'm not sure how I feel about that. I like some musicals, but find the genre as a whole a little bit toe-curling ...

It's also worth registering with the BBC so that you are notified when tickets are available for the new Cabin Pressure recordings. There is no guarantee that BC will definitely be in the show, but they are hopeful.

LetUsPrey - well, he was singing in Italian in Fluffy's link earlier. And I'm sure that since he went to Harrow he'll have done French, Latin and probably at least one other language. I would rather like to hear him speaking Russian, myself.
