My family give huge impressions that they don't like my partner, should I confront them?

I have a child with my partner, she had just turnt 1. I am getting married next year and am very excited and happy about it, but I keep getting very strong vibes that my family don't like my partner. It's really getting me down, and I don't know whether to confront them about it or should I just not let it get to me????

Are you very close to your parents? I would ask parents but you don't say which family? I wouldn't ask grandparents & uncles for example

I wouldn't 'confront' them. I would ask them nicely what their concerns are and perhaps listen to what they say. They may have good reason?

I agree with Littletyga. Talk to them. Ask them what's going on.

it depends if they have good reason to not like him

have they ?

No, he's perfect, very polite, treats me well, does a lot of favours to helps family. It's not do much my parents, more my siblings, but I am very close to my family.
