Pregnant with Quadruplets

Hi all mummies, babies and bumps

I just wanted to introduce myself and say hi to you all. Yes the title is correct lol, I found out at 10 weeks I was expecting quads (naturally conceived). Scans have shown that I have two ID twins and two fraternals. I am now 19 weeks and everything is going well so far. I also have a 27 month old son, so I am really worried about how I am going to cope, but I am just taking it one day at a time.

Erm... CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Wow, wow, wow. I actually knew someone in your position once. Quads and another one 2 years older. 4 girls and a boy. She was amazing, all kids gorgeous and the whole family was a bit famous, as you will be.
I only have twins but will offer this one bit of advice.
If offered any help TAKE IT.
I would help you with delight and would be honoured to.

Congratulations! Four times the fun!! Tell us about when you found out please! How did you & DH react? It's going to be lovely when they all make each other laugh (I love it when two babies do this...think of four of them chuckling away!)

Congratulations on quads. I have twins and that was a bit of a shock but it is amazing. Ive read a bit of your blog and have a wee tip that helped me loads. Buy loads of breakfast bars. When they are on special offer go mad and stock up. I always kept a box next to my bed for midnight snacking and it helped so much. Good luck and im sure you will be fine. Also an option for you may be to contact your local college (if it does childcare) and ask if they would consider you as a work placement. I did this and had somebody in their 2nd year come and help me for a bit (im a single mum so it was just me with the twins and dd age6). You will do great and you will manage. Hope your pregnancy goes really well for you

i know this post was a while ago but if this goes through i was wondering how you coped? i am currently pregnant with quads and i already have identical twins who are 5. my quads are 2 sets of identicals boys and girls and i’m so scared, any advice???
