Mine did this when I was naked in swimming pool changing rooms. I grabed the nearest towel and ran!

Chase the child, obviously.
I'm sure everyone would eventually recover from an eyeful of my semi-nakedness (although a helpline may have to be set up, with a generous amount of counselling being made available).

I would lean out and yell for someone to "stop that child!"
