Are these one and the same? I'm not sure but essentailly I was wondering whether or not to put labels on my blog i.e names of people in the media etc. I think I've come to the conclusion not to. Not because I don't want people to read my blog but because I would prefer if it was word of mouth rather than someone stumbling across it because they were looking for something else. I was talking about onesies and George Osborne the other day on my blog - now is that peson who searched those two topics (not necessarily together) going to then want to read my blog on a permanent basis about my diet? I'm thinking, on balance, the percentage of people who would do that would be nominal? Then I would have stats on people who have viewed but not a real following if you see what I mean.

Anyone got any thougths on this or am I being a total muppet?

Well, if you don't want search engines to pick you up, then you are correct, don't tag or label.

Although I don't see why you don't want people searching for things to find you. So they don't stay to read, so what?
