Do these terms for guest posts seem fair?

I'm trying to set up a more easy reading blog, hopefully with a kind of magaziney feel. I'm thinking plenty of posts on politics and serious stuff, but also some more frivolous things, including recipes, comedy and even clothes and that. Grin

It will most definitely not talk down to people, and will try to avoid tweeness - this is a blog for the intelligent reader, but that doesn't mean it has to be all serious stuff.

Anyhow, I think this kind of blog is best off with a few contributors, so I'm on the lookout for some. I am aware that there are some places out there that really take advantage of contributors, so I have set out my terms first of all here - do they seem fair?

I doubt very much that it will make money or have legal issues, but I think it is best to reassure contributors, don't you?

The terms seem fine to me, good luck with the project!

I will be looking for contributors - if anyone is interested in regular or occasional posting, let me know. It can be cross posts from your own blog if they are appropriate, or you might be wanting an outlet for something that wouldn't fit your blog. I know that's why I am doing this :)

I can guest post a recipe if you want? PM me if you're interested :-)
