Twitter?

I just started my blog and I got myself on twitter but how do I use it to promote my blog or how would I promote it at all really? Im clueless about everything this!

One way would be follow to other mn bloggers.
There's a thread further down called 'what's this thing twitter' or along those lines and lots of us have put our details on there.
