How do I choose what search terms find my blog?

I use blogger, and am wondering if there is a way of choosing what search terms would find my blog? I've not got very much on there yet, but I'm trying to lay the foundations right, if that makes sense.

Manually insert some meta information. Meta Tags and Meta Keywords.
If you're not sure how to do this for blogger you could read this tutorial that I wrote. The pictures are slightly out of date (old Blogger) but if you navigate to Template > Edit HTML and tick "Expand Widget Templates you are in the right place.
