How much help do you need? Can you link to your blog as I never remember theme names!

I'm a designer by profession but do help out here and there for members of the bloggers network!

I have a Genesis Family tree child theme. I need help with the home page layout. My husband has now reached a point where even he doesn't know what to do next!
I am loving writing the blog but have had some feedback about the blog layout. It needs more visual impact and some extre plug ins and other tweaking issues.
I am so grateful for any help, so let me know what you think I should do!
