Yes an email goes out immediately.

TheOriginalFAB · 08/09/2011 21:07

What does it say?

OP posts:
GlaikitFizzog · 08/09/2011 21:24

It would say "TheOriginalFab wants to be friends on Facebook." and options to confirm or ignore.

TheOriginalFAB · 08/09/2011 21:29

Sorry, I meant the one about cancelling the request.

I had a friend request from someone I knwo slightly and who definitely wouldn't want to be friends on FB with me. I got an email but when I went into FB to have a look there was no request there.

He had obviously realised he's done it by mistake and cancelled the request in the meantime - I didn't get any notification of the cancellation.

TheOriginalFAB · 08/09/2011 21:58

Okay, thanks.
