She looks awful. Don't think the cheekbones have been done, just due to her weightloss. Her lips look terrible though.

I don't think there's any cosmetic surgery involved just one heck of a diet/fitness regime! She has definitely lost a lot of weight, plus the angle of the second pic is completely different to the 'before' pic.

lips have definitly been done, I am not sure the cheekbones aren't due to weight loss though. She looks like a typically gaunt model :(
