She's starting to look a bit like that Wildenstein(?!!) woman, which is a shame because I reckon she would have aged really well.

It's not a good move to look "not quite human".

D'you know what I came on to Sleb Twaddle to start a thread saying "Doesn't Madonna look NICE?"

I think she looks like she did when she first started out, except a bit more wrinkled. She has been looking really witchy with a pointed chin the last few years, and I couldn't see the young Madonna in her at all. Now I can.

Has she had the gap in her front teeth fixed?

I love the way the occasional shot of her not with full Hollywood smile has the faintest whiff of little old Italian lady about it, just a whiff.
