Found at East Lancashire Railway's teddy bear picnic. Brought home to be looked after as he was wet and cold. Sure he's a much loved night-time toy as he talks and has a little nite light. Will gladly return to owner if can be traced. Just get in touch. In the meantime, my son is cuddling him in bed so he doesn't get lonely :(
