I've yet to experience this but offer you two gems, both courtesy of one of my nieces when she was much younger.

At full volume (obviously) on spotting some Muslim women at a shopping centre, wearing white robes: "Oh LOOK mummy - ghosts!"

And, to my elderly father, "Grandad, what colour is your willy? My daddy's is brown" (Her father is second generation Jamaican).
