I noticed it being reported as 'pregnant with her second child' - isn't that HUGELY insensitive? Or am I over thinking it?

Surely the first one SHOULD be noted and remembered, non?

to say she was pg with her first child would be hugely insensitive, IMO

she already has a daughter, lexie, so really this would be her fourth? she lost one earlier this yr publicly and i think she lost one last year privately? i might be mistaken tho.

I assumed Berry meant they should refer to this as her 3rd child, so including both the daughter she has and the baby she lost

Yes as far as is publicly known this is her fourth pregnancy. Hopefully she will have a take home baby in a few months and that would technically be her third child as I think sadly the miscarriage last year was before the point that a stillbirth certificate is given. However the whole thing is a minefiled imo and if I was writing the news I would simply say she is pregnant again or if space for a lobger version that she is expecting a child, she has an older daughter and has lost two pregnancies previously.

She didn't have 2 mc's, she had 1 and a stillbirth. Wish her all the best. Same situation for me at the moment.
