Help Girls shoes age 7 where to buy???

School shoes an easy buy - but where can you get nice leather casual wear shoes. Don't want pumps or anything with a heel (yes that's Monsoon) or party shoes. I want my dd to dress her age and not be a wannabe teen or tween but where do I go?
