Wasps and neighbours.

There is a wasps' nest over the back door of the neighbours' house. I managed to bump into neighbour in the street and asked if they knew it was there? He said Oh dear, and I said that I'd had one on my side a couple of years ago and called the council and I think they will shift it FOC. Well that was last week and the wasps are still there, having little waspy raves and buzzing round the garden. How long should I leave it before asking them nicely to deal with it?

I'd ask again straight away. Do it nicely but say they're getting into your house whenever you open a window....ask if they've phoned the council yet.

You could maybe pop a note through his door, with the relevant phone number?

(We have had wasps by our back door for two years now. At least I noticed faster this year and got it sorted asap. Blush )
