How lovely does she look! She could easily pass for 45 instead of 51.

I hope she keeps it off, it has transformed her. I know 4 people in rl who have lost weight - loads of weight - doing Lighter Life.

Without exception, they have all put the weight back on and then some.

She does look fab. Dubious about the Lighter Life bit. Hope she can make the changes she needs post-lighter life to maintain it. Her husband seems supportive. Maybe they can work on that bit as a family.

You've all said what I was going to say - Lighter Life doesn't work! Just buggers up your metabolism.
