Hi,
I see lots of people saying 'add me'.
I'd like more neighbours, but i don't want total strangers as my friends on fb - am i missing somthing? Can I add a neighbour, withour them being fb friend?

nope, u need them as friends, i play cityville and frontierville and would like more neighbours as my friends have stopped playing and its difficult to do tasks. to have neighbours they have to be friends

So is it easy enough to stop them from being able to see anything about you/your posts?

i dont think so

you can set up different lists, and therefor control what people on each list see about oyu info wise.

eg you could have a list of cityville friends, and block them form seeing your photos albums etc. likewise, you can post your cityville reward posts etc and publish only to your cityville list, therefore not annoying your other frineds who don't play!
