It's a close-run thing for me between Ian Waite from Strictly Come Dancing (warm, funny, lovely, dream dance partner/club buddy) and Mark Gatiss (clever, funny, suspect he has a great line in hilarious bitchiness).

Also Sue Perkins. Would regularly make me weep with laughter. Although I suspect I'd feel rather unintelligent next to her.

Derren Brown is, I watched a documentary on him and he was discussing the whole "coming out" business.

The guy that played Timothy Claypole in Rentaghost. He could prance about in his jesters costume.

Shame he's dead.

coccyx · 24/05/2011 19:34

LadyClariceCannockMonty · 25/05/2011 08:42

izzybiz · 25/05/2011 08:44

Alan Carr or Louis Spence!

AbsDuCroissant · 25/05/2011 11:33

George Clooney some sleb who has houses at Lake Como

Failing their availability, Gok. I love Gok. I spent a whole day just watching Gok's Fashion Fix and ended up with his voice in my head for a week.

Pinkjenny · 25/05/2011 11:35

Definitely John Barrowman. He's naughty. I like that.

Pinkjenny · 25/05/2011 11:36

Although I do have a GBF. He is amazing in every way. Sends me text messages saying things like, 'We've just had a fittest Fag Hag competition. You won hands down, gorgeous.'

Now, who wouldn't want a man like that in their lives?

lottiejenkins · 25/05/2011 11:38

If he was alive and in his 1940/50's mode Cary Grant........ John Barrowman as well. I always remember him kissing the Marias and snogging Cilla!! Wink

woopsidaisy · 25/05/2011 17:59

Ellen De Generes! And Portia of course.
I love Ellen.

BearBehavingBadly · 26/05/2011 00:51

Louis Spence or Gok Wan for nights out & shopping.

Paul O'Grady for those meaning of life chats & for general advice & cheering up.

MrsShrekTheThird · 26/05/2011 01:05

Gok. I cannot believe I am saying that Hmm

LiliesandVeuve · 26/05/2011 08:20

Is John cusack gay?
John Barrowman is a good call

noddyholder · 26/05/2011 09:53

Why do women like gok? He makes women look crap. He takes the scissors to perfectly good clothes and sticks sequins rosettes and shabby old zips and kicks mary from basildon out onto the catwalk in big knickers and fake tan! He hasn't got a clue about style he would have you looking a mess in no time.

LadyClariceCannockMonty · 26/05/2011 12:10

Don't think Cusack is gay, although I know at least one gay man who wishes he was!

I can't be arsed with Gok. Apparently a bit of a bitch in RL, and not in a good way. Give me a proper queer like Alan Cumming or my GBF Mark Gatiss.

noddyholder · 26/05/2011 12:15

Alan cumming is up there with george michael although in my ultimate fantasy george is at least bi!

kitkatya · 29/05/2011 23:05

George Clooney. Rupert Everett Ive heard is very nice in rl. Paul O'Grady but Im not sure if he is how he is really portrayed, being Cilla's gbf and all, I dont know how much her diva ways will have rubbed off on him. Alan Carr I think would be a genuine friend.

LadyClariceCannockMonty · 30/05/2011 10:14

Rupert Everett always looks like a bad-tempered arse to me.

ZacharyQuack · 30/05/2011 10:16

Tim Gunn. I adore him.

kitkatya · 30/05/2011 11:55

I know someone who met Rupert recentlly and said he was an angel. Very lovely man.

LadyClariceCannockMonty · 30/05/2011 12:05

Oh, that's nice to hear.
