Not sure about too thin (aren't they all?) but the eyeliner does nothing for her. I think she is a very attractive woman but the make up she wore at that premier really ages her IMO

I don't think she looks painfully thin, but the dress colour and style does her no favours at all, and her face looks completely washed out and stressed (no colour in her makeup and her hair is a very harsh colour). She looks quite a bit older than 40 - I'm surprised as she normally looks very "groomed".

Actually looking at the picture again, she looks quite sad.
