Comments; Confused? Plus message for MmeLindt & Butterfly Experience

Just want to thank MmeLindt for the kind words really appreciate that a few of you took the time to read my first post; It's exciting.

Quick question, I've been browsing a few of your fabulous blogs and tried to leave comments and I know a couple of you said you've tried to leave comments for me. I couldn't get past the authentication process. As a brand new blogger do you think I've done something wrong in the set up (is there some tick box I might have missed?) I've read some great stuff on your blogs and would like to comment and would love to receive any comments you want to leave me? All suggestions welcome?

Jess, Have you set up your blog though MumsNet's website?

I'm not sure how Mumsnet's blogging works, but I would recommend you take alook at free blogging sites like www.blogger.com & wordpress.com.

These sites allow photos to be added and is a good method for engaging your readers.

Comments from readers is also a good way of intereacting with readers.

Yes I did set up my blog on mumsnet. I would love to receive comments on it. I'll take a look at setting up again on the sites you suggested. In the meantime you said you were going to comment on my post but couldn't do it, would love to hear what it was. Could you leave it on here for me till I sort myself out?

I am not sure about the MN blogs as I use blogger for my blog. As Butterfly said, it means that you can play about with colours and fonts plus include photos and videos - I always include a photo as I think it makes the blog look more interesting.

I tried again to leave a comment but there must be some technical hitch. ElinorMN said on the other thread that there are still some technical things to be sorted out so perhaps that is one of them.

I don't know if the MN blogs are going to be more multi-media capable (they seem to be working with Wordpress).
