Ok Rule it is! Can't stop now but will be back later.

Have a good day everyone!

OP posts:

Exactly - sinister, I know what you mean. I probably like the seafront one & the couple of village green type ones we go to because they're more daytime events.

Have never gone anywhere near a Stephen King novel - I just do not do horror - ever. I made this mistake of watching Nightmare on Elm Street 3 with a friend when we were a few years too young for it. Didn't sleep without the light on for nearly 6 years, and still keep it on if I'm on my own now.

Of to listen to tales of more pleasant things now. Goodnight!

TheEasterBunnysSmallFootPrint · 24/04/2011 07:33

Happy Easter! Hope you all find the eggs that the Easter bunny has left for you ()

Spiro funnily enough I thought Dragon might be used in the MIL context! Blush. So only me that likes the fair then? I agree abOut some of the visitors to the fair but sinister and scary? Obviously I haven't watched / read enough horror books!

PassTheEasterTwiglets · 24/04/2011 07:37

So did we all understand Dr Who? I need DrTwigs to explain it to me later... how were the juniors afterwards? MissTwigs had a few nightmares last night and had to get up to read her Rainbow Fairy... well, I am loathe to call them books... to take her mind off it!

How was Rule, Spiro? Remind me if this is a 1st-time listen or a listen again? Actually, I have a few questions about the book if anybody remembers it in detail. I will aks later, when it's not a spoiler anymore. We are off later this morning so I shall bid you adieu until about Tuesday. Have a good few days, everybody - look after the boys for me.

TheEasterBunnysSmallFootPrint · 24/04/2011 08:04

Twigster think it was just us watching. I have no idea what was happening either, SB major was asking continously what was going on! We watched Dr Who confidential afterwards, I do that with him on scary ones to show him it's all just acting and it seems to stop any bad dreams.

Have a lovely anniversary Twigs and Dr Twigs [busmile].

TheEasterBunnysSmallFootPrint · 24/04/2011 08:06

Just watching Spooks, it's the one where he strips in the bunker

BunnySpiroSpero · 24/04/2011 08:36

Ahh, Twigs...Rainbow Magic Fairies....I feel your pain!

DD is scared of panto so Dr Who is a complete non-starter for her, although she's seen a bit of Star Wars & some early Harry Potter without batting an eyelid Confused

First listen to TCM - started disc 3 last night but fell asleep after a few minutes so will try again when I'm cooking dinner later.

Naked Lucas....mmmmm!

PassTheEasterTwiglets · 24/04/2011 09:05

They watch Dr Who Chez Maud, too...

We usually watch Confidential too, for the same reason, but she was still scared last night.

TheEasterBunnysSmallFootPrint · 24/04/2011 09:52

Haven't seen Maud for a couple of days, maybe she could enlighten us!

Spiro naked Lucas indeed!!!!! [bugrin]

BunnySpiroSpero · 24/04/2011 12:23

We're a dwarf down

Sadly (in a way) it's not 'our' dwarf that's coming home...

SupermassiveEasterBonnet · 24/04/2011 14:12

Hello, ladies! Oh, Spiro, what a shame, as RK was keeping us somewhat informed on the Hobbit doings via Twitter.

Naked Lucas, oh my! Remind me which episode that was so I can be lazy and stick it straight on, the minute I get the house to myself.!

I want the dragon back!

SupermassiveEasterBonnet · 24/04/2011 14:48

Have you lot seen this thread ?

[bugrin] [bugrin] [bugrin]

BunnySpiroSpero · 24/04/2011 16:13

Well I think I can take an educated guess at what any of ours would be [bugrin]!!!

SupermassiveEasterBonnet · 24/04/2011 17:48

You can do it for real, too, just look here and go and sign up.

Form an orderly queue, ladiez!

LadyVenetia · 24/04/2011 18:27

Gutted to hear about RK, such a shame, I feel so sorry for him - what a blow.

SupermassiveEasterBonnet · 24/04/2011 18:40

Have we any idea of the circumstances, Lady V?

TheEasterBunnysSmallFootPrint · 24/04/2011 20:36

So, I am absolutley shattered! It's been a long day and I could happily go to bed now.

How was everyone's Easter day? Lots of chocolate?

SupermassiveEasterBonnet · 24/04/2011 20:44

Small, don't go to sleep, I wanna drink of waaaater!

TheEasterBunnysSmallFootPrint · 24/04/2011 21:01

well if he was waiting in bed I certainly wouldn't be sleeping, I'd be wanting sweet nothings whispered in my ear.

SupermassiveEasterBonnet · 24/04/2011 21:12

Of course I didn't check out the other ones... [buwink]

TheEasterBunnysSmallFootPrint · 24/04/2011 21:21

No no of course not, why would you?

SupermassiveEasterBonnet · 24/04/2011 21:30

Now I think it was a bit much of you to have done this to him just because he asked for a second glass.

BunnySpiroSpero · 24/04/2011 21:35

My mum called me half an hour ago to tell me that the Vicar of Dibley was on and did I know Richard Armitage was in it? Bless her Grin

I think we may have a convert soon - keep an eye out for Nansnetter71!

TheEasterBunnysSmallFootPrint · 24/04/2011 21:38

He just looked a bit hot Massive, what's a girl to do to keep her cool?

Spiro, I am on the free view upsatirs and can see it's on Gold but can't receive it Sad

BunnySpiroSpero · 24/04/2011 21:41

Bummer, Small. I bought the dvd a couple of months ago and only watched it at the beginning of the holidays. Harry is quite cheek actually which I hadn't remembered & which was a pleasant surprise!

BunnySpiroSpero · 24/04/2011 21:42

No choccy for me today - still not quite back to 3 meals a day yet Sad Angry
