I don't think 'his generation' necessarily implies a particular age. Everyone is of their own generation, after all. And surely 'this generation' would be younger than McLegger e.g. Daniel Radcliffe or someone?

This is why these gagging orders are so unfair imo. Innocent peoples' reputations get dragged through the mud while the guilty parties hide behind their lawyers.
