you know, i really don't care about his sex life - he's a grown man and can make his own decisions - but i am disappointed in the fact he brought this injunction and that's why i feel he should be unmasked.
the increasing use of injunctions and superinjunctions is one of the real threats to democracy in the UK. we need a free - and fair - press. is it fair for the prossie to sell her story to the press - possibly not - but when the same legislation is used to try and stop the reporting of toxic dumping etc then we have a problem and we need to make sure these orders are shown up for the (unfunny) jokes they are.
also there is a great quote in the fleet street fox blog from Paul McCartney's ex-PR, where he is said to have advised Paul "If you don't want to be caught doing it, don't do it." wise words.

yeah georgina thanks for that ! i just read ephraim hardcastle's column on line and he seems to mention HB for no reason really. Describes him as newsworthy, quotes a tweet of his and says "oooh what would lady grantham say?".
