Email -re.Automatically changed password

From assistance @facebook.com -is it spam/virus ? Just had an email regarding changing my password due to security risk with an attachment(not opened). My a/c is actually registered to my work email (although I did try to change this at one point to my home one) and existing password still works

Definatly dodgey. Ive had correspondance with them and it appears as The Facebook Team.

Even if they do use an adress as mentioned, why would they automatically change your password?

Dont open it and email them if you want confirmation.
