Hi Small! How's the foot doing this evening? Bit quiet here tonight isn't it?

TheSmallPrint · 07/04/2011 21:27

Foot is rubbish but ta for asking! Yes very quiet and just when I got my phone working again. How was your meal the other day?

DumSpiroSpero · 07/04/2011 21:36

Well...the kangaroo was v. nice. DD ate with us in the end as she wanted to try it too, and she polished off all hers. She asked about how it was 'made' and H had to explain that kanga had had to die for our dinner. She replied "Oh, poor kangaroo...but yummy for me!" Not much danger of her ever becoming vegetarian methinks Grin

So we ate, I put DD to bed & he watched the footy downstairs while I watched Women in Love in bed - ho hum...

TheSmallPrint · 07/04/2011 21:42

Oh, right. Well at least the food was good. Good on DD for trying it I think the Smallboys would have run a mile!

TheSmallPrint · 07/04/2011 21:45

I'm off to bed soon as the drugs are making me very tired I think. Hope the swelling goes down tomorrow, it's slightly worrying me.

DumSpiroSpero · 07/04/2011 21:50

My DD will try virtually anything, but it's taken 6 years to get her to eat pasta :Confused!

What are the theories so far as to what's wrong with the foot? Tramadol will knock you out big time btw.

TheSmallPrint · 07/04/2011 21:56

They don't know I fear. They think it is Plantar fasities (sp?) which affxts the heel and arch, my pain and swelling is on thr top of foot by the toes Confused hence me not being very impressed with the dr at A&E.

DumSpiroSpero · 07/04/2011 22:07

Hmm. V. weird, although having just had a nosey on wiki it appears that PF can affect the ball of the foot in 8% of cases which is nearer where your pain is.

Right I have paperwork to sort out unfortunately so I must be off.

Take care & sweet dreams!

LadyVenetia · 07/04/2011 22:24

Foot sounds painful, Small. Take care.

Panelmember · 07/04/2011 22:48

::staggers in, singing::

I've been to a marvellous party.

::collapses on chaise longoo::

DumSpiroSpero · 07/04/2011 22:50

On a Thursday...outrageous! Grin

Just how much Chateau Gizzy have you been partaking of? Hmm

Panelmember · 07/04/2011 22:53

Not very much, actually, but I did have some lovely blinis. Have you met my new friend Hugo? Hugo Boss

LadyVenetia · 07/04/2011 22:59

I'm well acquainted with Hugo thanks, but I'm not sure if I've met you before, Panel...?

Panelmember · 07/04/2011 22:59

Oh poo. Still in my party clothes.

DumSpiroSpero · 07/04/2011 23:00

I'd certainly like to get to know him better Grin! But for now must bid you goodnight - busy day tomorrow before the Easter hols start.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 07/04/2011 23:06

Good night to you too!

TheSmallPrint · 08/04/2011 07:19

Morning all. Maud! Out partying on a school night?? Like your new friend btw, was he at the party?

Spiro those pics were lovely .

SupermassiveLBD · 08/04/2011 12:24

Either I am much better or those pics of Lucas would rejuvenate a late lady-- as in late parrot. The Hugo Boss ones are soooper, just the sort of pretty man you'd like to whisk you off for a posh dinner, with the prospect of a rather nice pudding course later on.

And the other two... well, words fail me. Who needs double choc cheesecake with Bailey's icecream?

Here's hoping poor Small's foot is marginally less painful and Maud has recovered from her hangover vivacious party-going. LadyV, hope you had a good time and Spiro, hope your day isn't too busy to allow you the odd pleasnat thought.

Twiggy, I hope you are having a good time in France...

SupermassiveLBD · 08/04/2011 14:40

Meanwhile, here's a sweet treat for you to brighten up your Friday.
