For a boy that is 13 months old, how would u describe their ability to speak english in The Census?
Not well or not at all?

I just said he spoke English well. Honestly, it's stupid question after asking their age, along with 'is he married'. No, he's not married, he's 21 months!

You only answer that one if English isn't his first language
