Letting certain peoply SEE my fb page but not post on it EVER!

How do I do the above?.

What settings do I use in privacy settings?

Customise
Scroll down to things others share

Some options to go thru there but I am not convinced hat you can let them see but not post.

I use lists for FB which mean one list can post one can see photo's etc etc
