Ikea used to do a smaller version of the tiger it was a bout 30cms long...Anyway I visited London with my 4 yr old at the time 18 months ago and we left the tiger on a bus...Emily was devastated .....london transport couldn't help....and since I have searched Ikea for a new one and they don't do it anymore...I have written to them and I have searched carboot sales and charity shops but to no avail...I had hoped Emily would get over this loss in time but...unfortunately she hasn't ...she talks about it all the time and one day there was a picture in the gaurdian supplement with a wee girl with her collection of soft toys tigers and amongst them was an ikea tiger....my wee Emily was distraught and a friend has told me about this site and I am hoping that someone mght have one they don't need any more - I am willing to pay postage costs - i am hoping someone can help!!!!

Only if it i the one I linked to they have it in stock at my store!

dubhsge · 02/02/2011 11:13

Hetty - yes I've tried ebay many times....but no one seems to want to get rid of this toy yet.
Maxy - it certainly looks like it, but the ones Ikea have now are bigger(60cm) than the one Emily lost and emily won't look twice at it but the one you've pictured is 20 cm which feels right....is that an old ikea page?
