Someone has done me a favour - he let me use his card which means that I saved about £250. I want to buy him a thank-you present but don't know him very well so no idea of his tastes. The usual failsafe - alcohol - is not a possibility.
Any suggestions?

Gift card? Amazon, I-tunes?

donna123 · 28/01/2011 22:18

i-tune card might be a good idea. If he doesn't want it then he can always give it to his DC.
Thanks Grin

Gah! i-tune card was not such a good idea. I thought that I would get him two £10 vouchers - if he didn't want them then he could give one to each of his DC.
i-tune cards are £15! If I get one card then it can't be split but two £15 cards seems embarassingly excessive.
Sad

How about a food hamper? Get a nice box, and choose lots of nice things from the farmshop/local market/waitrose. Something homemade like fudge or biscuits?
