I got a parking ticket the other day, parked on single yellow line outside post office, was sending ebay parcels.
Does anyone know if this can be classed as 'unloading'??
Also, drove off in a huff without removing ticket from window and it blew off down road, so no idea who i contact to appeal anyway!
