Has anyone else had random friends requests?

I've had about 3 now from random people (all men) who I don't know, neither do we have any mutual friends... is there a glitch on FB that does this? Or am I being stalked admired from afar?

Needless to say I've never accepted them!

Yeah I had this for a while. All random blokes. Completely up all your privacy settings and that should stop it.

I've had a few, I've got a picture of me with one of my cats and when I used it as a profile picture I got requests from crazy cat people. Don't know if it's a glitch or what. I've changed my privacy settings now and I don't get any.

I have had a couple. I did look at their profiles to see if there was any way I might possibly know them, but decided there wasn't, so ignored the friend requests.

However there was one I had where I didn't recognise the name. When I looked at her profile, I immediately recognised her as someone I was at school with - but I didn't know her married name! I have accepted her friend request, and it's lovely to keep in touch with her.

I've not but know people who have. Not always blokes but always South American.

I must admit, when I see someone I don't "know" with 500+ friends, I'm tempted to said a freind request just to see how discerning they really are.
