Claire Nasir - what a transformation!

Saw pictures of her yesterday (yes, I was trawling the Daily Mail website, and for that I am truly sorry) - wow! She looks amazing; a great example of someone who didn't like what she saw (let's leave that lime-green outfit aside for the moment) and got on and did something about it. Good on yer, Claire.

Call me cynical, but can't help thinking the green bikini was a deliberate attempt to put her in everyone's mind as an overweight flabby person so she could suddenly appear all svelte and lovely and sell some dvds

I am cynical too - I don't believe for one minute that she would have actually gone out training in that lime-green bikini looking like she did...all a long-term plan to lose the weight and have everyone marvel about it, flog some DVD's etc.

She's airbrushed up to the eyeballs and possibly had something cosmetic done.

I'm sure she's worked very hard to get in shape but the photo isn't really her IMO.

coming in late to the discussion but....

im with ScaredofCows - in the before pics show her with a nice, typical (for older women)post pregnancy apron of skin/flab. In the Afters, its all gone. SO while I can see that she has slimmed down and toned up, where has all that flesh gone....?

now dont get me wrong - i LOVED Clare Nasir when she came back from mat leave - all buxom bosomyness - in fact i quite fancied her in a pseudo-lesbian way! in that i was v proud that a curvy mamma could look foxy

however she has gone down in my estimation - for one that purple dress (size 6 frame) is way too young for her and she is wearing it to prove a point.

also do we really believe that when she was 'overweight' she would really nip out to Hyde Park (or wherever it was) dressed in the most unflattering untrendy lime green get up with her belly out for anything other than publicity.

If it was me (as i havent set foot in the gym since having babba ) i would be in trackie bottoms, big tshirt and in the confines of the gym. only once i had lost the weight would i have the bottle to get my tankini out!

having said all of that - i still fancy her!
