If she has done then she's mad. She's got the kind of face which can genuinely age gracefully if she lets it do so.
Why do these women go so mad?

Pamela Stephenson has mentioned having Botox in her Guardian column. Apparently her daughters always thought she was frowning and she did it to spare their feelings.

She does have a healthy lifestyle and keeps out of the sun (a bit too much - she was dignosed with early signs of osteoporosis due to lack of vitamin D) - that could be why her skin is wrinkle free.

That picture in the Daily Fail looks strange but it also looks as if she's squinting into the sun therefore maybe just a bit unflattering.

Apparently our species is highly specialised in recognising facial difference so I think it's likely she has done something weird.
It's just so sad. She really shouldn't, she will look better if she leaves well alone.

How sad, she used to have a really recognisable face, now she just looks like very other Hollywood blonde over 30.
