10th wedding anniversary ?

Party or a holiday ?
My wedding day was an expensive disaster, far from the happiest day of my life. I think from the photo's DH and I are the only couple still together and we've lost touch with most from the reception :(
Dh wishes we'd run away to get married so he's keen to just save up and have a "big" family holiday in Australia or Canada.
I on the other hand I suppose would like to try and re -enact the wedding day I should have had if you like but since the family made no effect for the real one and nothing has changed on that front it's probably going to be another disappointment isn't it ?

Who knows with family! If I were you and able to I would not step back trying in case and move forward, look forward and go for the holiday and all the happy memories that that can bring.

I always thing anniversaries are just for the couple and nothing really to do with anyone else, so certainly wouldn't be doing a party with all the hassle and stress that would involve.

Have a lovely romantic weekend away somewhere luxurious!

Holiday where you could also renew your vows?
