What is best to do?

Friend has recently been dumped after a 10 year relationship, very unexpectedly. She is supposed to be going to the wedding of the couple who brought them together in the first place. Ex partner will also be attending. She wants to go but I'm not sure it's a good idea as will be very upsetting. What would you do?

Nobody else at the wedding will know they have split

I'd go and hold my head up high, if I were her.
