we've lost puppy.... can you help?

we can't find ds2's beloved puppy :(

I was certain it was in the house somewhere but we've looked everywhere and can't find it. I can only assume that I must have had it out with us and totally forgotten and we've lost it :(

We have a similar one but the puppy's head is in the middle. Do you thinkt hat would do? Ds2 was given it but never really attached to it so it's very clean
