Nanny holiday HR question

Hi
Hoping you clever ladies can help me. I am going back to work in October and have found a nanny to look after my 2 dcs 2 days per week (they will go to daycare 1 day). My husband is going back to university however so he will be doing the childcare in school holidays.
I am having trouble working out how the nanny's holidays will work however. I get that since she's only 2 days per week they will be 2/5 pro - rata'd. But, what about the fact she will be only working part of the year? Is she entitled to holidays at all? If so do I just pro rata them further?
Thanks for your help.

prorata again so effectively it would probably be 44/52 x 2/5 x whatever the ft equivalent would be.
