How can primary schools meet rising SEND needs without proper funding?

As a teacher of 21 years, leaving the profession in July due to exhaustion. I would like to ask any Ofsted inspector, how primary schools are now expected to meet the rising SEND/ SMEH needs in mainstream schools with no budget for training or resources to meet these individual needs? As a society, we fail some of our most vulnerable children by not being able to provide the teaching they need and deserve. Parents become disillusioned as to what we can realistically achieve in school. This has been an increasing problem for schools and the situation is only getting worse year on year. These children deserve more as our future generations.

As a teacher, I’m note surprised there are no answers yet. The needs, the budget, the failure is all too real.
