57yrs old on 3 sprays lenzetto and merina coil. Thickening of uterus (10mm), investigations NAD. Low mood, anxiety, not feeling self, joint aches, lethargy.
feel I need testosterone and occasional Utrogestan to also help with sleeping (interrupted 5-6 hrs each night).

Sounds like you need to go to the GP op. Have you looked at the meno boards? Lots of useful information there.

I find the Mirena helps me sleep.
