Advice on miscarriage

Hello I could do with advice as I'm a bit confused tbh.
I had a miscarriage 6 days ago and had alot of the pregnancy tissue come out etc but have constantly got stomach pain I've had miscarriage before and after a day the pain stops and the last couple days I've had a strange feeling in my right shoulder tip which I know is a sign of eptopic but I don't understand how I can have a miscarriage and possible be eptopic thank you in advance

I'd ring 111, but they'll probably send you to a&e due to the shoulder pain

I am so sorry for your loss. Makes me think there's still something to come out. Would you be able to get a scan to confirm this at your hospital?

Thank you for replies yes I will 111 and hopefully can get a scan as soon as possible it just really confused me with shoulder pain being for eptopic and not miscarriage
