I believe it should be de crimanlised as many other countries have . It protects the worker .
I was self employed but not via an agency. . It is a recognised profession and i paid my taces etc.
But I believe more workers may feel safer if they are managed somewhat and more protected by laws. .
A lot of Romanian workers are coerced and have pimps so that needs more regulation.
I think how the law stands in this country is OK. It's a Grey area. You can meet and guys pay you for time but obviously everyone knows what that time involves.
It's a service that is a need and is never gping to disappear, so better laws may prevent Child sex workers and those coerced into it.
